A Dream and Desire to turn your NEED into a REALITY
If this is a letter that you could see yourself writing Carson and myself (Kyle), then this article will be more than appropriate for you.
The lack of money stories are ones that I get all day, every day. Although I am not currently in this situation, I can fully relate to all the people out there that are strapped financially.
Why? Well, let me think here…
I had a very humble upbringing (we did not have a lot of money).
I had no money just a couple years ago.
I got average grades in school.
I started out with nothing (other than a dream).
I overcame many hurdles that seemed unattainable.
I guess what I am getting at is that I had no real reasons to succeed. I had nothing that said I was predetermined to be successful. As I think back, daydreaming in one of my computer programming courses in College, I said man, I need more money to live.
Then I thought about what dollar amount would satisfy my craving enough money to live.
I guess logically to most people it is the million dollar mark, and that is what I naturally came up with.
So, what will it take for me to earn 1 Million Dollars, I thought to myself.
What if I could earn a measly $1 off 0.3% of the people in the United States of America. What if I could offer something that would earn me such a small profit from such a small percentage of people in just one of the awesome countries in this world. I would be rich!
I mean, c’mon. I am not asking for a kidney. I am asking for a buck!
That was my line of thinking. It may sound immature and a bit naive and it probably was. However, there is some truth and some reality to this thought in respect to marketing online.
The Internet marketing game is a game of numbers.
An average sale may be $35 for a clickbank product in an industry like weight loss (just using this as an example).
There are 200 million overweight people in the USA alone, well over a billion worldwide.
Now, say I want to make $1,000,000. All I need to do is a simple math equation.
$1,000,000 divided by 365 days in a year = $2739.73 per day
Divide $2739.73 by the average sale $35 = 78 sales per day
Now I have some numbers that will take me to my goal…that is if I want to make $1,000,000 in a single year.
If I was within the dieting niche, I would need to find 78 people out there (out of 1 billion) that want to lose weight and that I can point towards a quality product that will help them accomplish the solution to their problem.
Completely possible, but maybe not all that realistic in my first year.
I was in school at the time and I was surviving off of money that I made selling my car. So…any money would help out, let alone a million dollars. Setting loft goals is good, but setting realistic short term goals is also necessary.
I am thinking that you are in the same sort of situation…you don’t need a million, but you could use more money. Am I correct?
Perfect, then lets look at this a little differently.
Say you make just ONE sale per day of $35 (selling someone else’s product) over the course of a month. Remember that the Internet is always working for you…30 days per month…it doesn’t sleep. That equates to $1050 extra per month!
Not bad right? That is only making ONE sale per day.
Let’s get a little more ambitious, yet keeping very realistic here. Let’s say that you are able to find a couple people out of the 6+ billion people in the world to buy something within some niche each day…say 3 people. There are over 500,000 niches online last time I checked.
3 people x $35 per sale x 30 days in a month = ….
An extra $3150 per month. That is a considerable increase to anybodies income. That is a car payment, a house payment and groceries for the month!
Now that is DOABLE for anyone! I want to make you an offer today….
Although I cannot guarantee that you will be making $3150 within your first month online, I can assure you that it is completely possible for each and every one of you.
You know why I am so positive about this?
Because I know that you can find 3 people on the Internet that need to solve a problem, that need to fix something, that want to learn something or that simply have been wanting to buy something out there.
Whether it is weight loss, music, dog training, selling pots and pans, remote control planes, jewelry, I know that you can find your niche.
You don’t need your own product. You don’t need to spend much money to get started.
All you need is a dream and desire to turn your NEED into a REALITY.

Optimising Sleep: 5 Tips For Sound Sleeping
Napping before bed? Not the smartest idea. Of course, this isn’t about sleeping shortly before bed, but about limiting your exposure to technology. Your body produces sleep by altering your hormonal balance, allowing you to fall asleep more easily. When you’re focusing on a computer or TV screen, your body is tricked into thinking that it’s still day, and has trouble creating hormones to help you fall asleep. It’s a good idea to get off the computer and take part in a relatively effortless activity such as light reading or writing before you go to bed.
A lot of people have their best ideas and thoughts right before bed. Leaving a notebook either beside your bed or near you before you sleep allows you to make a note of these, saving you from having to process them during the night. Less worries means better sleeping.
This one is simple — simply lower the temperature for your last minute in the shower. It doesn’t need to be freezing cold, just cold enough to allow you to step out feeling refreshed rather than tired. It’s funny, when we feel tired after a shower, we’ll still have trouble falling asleep. The problem is that the high temperature tricks our body into wanting sleep, and when we remove ourselves from the heat, we gradually gain awareness until we are more awake than before.
A quick 20-30 minute nap in the afternoon can achieve two things: increase your productivity, and allow you to sleep easier at night. By napping quickly in the afternoon, you can increase your awareness throughout the day and put your body in the optimal position to sleep for the required eight hours later on in the night.
Caffeine should be a no-brainer, but carbohydrates escape quite a lot of pre-bed strategies. When you take in large amounts of simple sugars before bed, your body has two choices. The first is to burn the sugar for excess energy, and the second is to store them as fat. Keep your idle time trying to sleep, and your weight, down by limiting your intake of carbohydrates before bed.

Embracing Relationships and Success
If you think about it, you have relationships all around you.
I mean, every contact you have during the day is a potential relationship… someone you can respect. The key to success in life and online is taking hold of all the relationship opportunities and making the most of them.
If this is not making sense, then let me tell you a little story about how Carson and I market online.
Have you ever heard of the term building a list? If you haven’t, this is essentially building a email list of prospective clients. This is one of the most powerful forms of marketing online and it all comes down to building relationships.
You see, if I don’t write you every week and offer you some form of value…or as we like to call it, relationship building material, you are going to dump me as a friend. That would hurt. That is why I want to continue giving to you. Giving you information about how you can start or improve your business online.
You follow?
Great! The better you become at creating these relationships, naturally the more money you will make. OR in other words, the more value you offer your friends the more they respect you in return.
In order to build a relationship with someone online you need to GIVE first, GIVE second, and maybe GIVE a third fourth and fifth time in order to ever see anything in return. It is hard for people to trust someone that they do not know.
The same as meeting someone at the bus stop…if they ask for a quarter you are likely to say no. If they help you read your map, recommend a few restaurants, and pick up your wallet for you that you dropped, you would be more than happy to flip this person a quarter.
That is because they have unassumingly built a relationship with you. Not quite slight of hand, but in order to move a complete stranger to this TRUST zone you need to give…and likely more than once.
That is the first phase. A little bit of trust will get a little…a quarter in this case.
Now what if this same person asked you for 5 bucks?
You would tell them to fly a kite! A quarter was a small price to pay for the small relationship you had built.
In order for someone to get that five bucks off of you, they would need to give a bit more than directions and a restaurant recommendation…but what exactly would it take?
Think about this for a second…
This person would like have to be a friend. Maybe someone you had gone out to coffee (and maybe they even bought). You would need to trust someone enough with your FIVE bucks to know that it would come around.
Now what if they asked to borrow your car?
You see, in order to receive big and better things in an environment (online or offline), you need to GIVE more and more. The more you give, the more you can expect to receive.
This is truly a lesson in online marketing. The more you GIVE, the greater the success. Go against what many people believe (and in many cases, they have reason to), Internet marketing is not about scamming people. It is not about lying to people to get their money. It is not about expecting something for nothing.
It is all about building relationships.
The more credible, giving, and valuable you make your online experience the better the relationship becomes.
If I sent you $1,000 right now you would think I am pretty cool. I would go as far as saying that you would consider me your good bud!
However, instead of money today I am giving you a lesson that will make you a lot more than $1,000. By understanding that marketing is not about selling as much as it is about building a relationship, you are well on your way to a successful future at this.
